There was no denying that the house was absolutely gorgeous, but the same couldn’t be said about the backyard. Obviously, this was one part of the property that was neglected. They installed AstroTurf down there at some point or another, but that was about it. Despite that, Carla and Gladys knew an opportunity when they saw one. They knew they could sell this place for a great price. What they needed to do next was have inspectors come and check the house for hidden flaws and any damage that would need fixing before being sold.

The Inspectors
Even though the house looked great, it could still be hiding some serious problems behind the scenes. There might have been something wrong with the foundation, or there was mold inside the walls. These sort of things are those that mean a massive price drop. Although, Carla and Gladys were very confident that the house was just fine. All the same, it was always a possibility that something unexpected would turn up. Maybe some issue was there that hasn’t been taken care of? When it was time for the inspectors to look at the house, everyone was in for a surprise.
