As the ladies took a tour of the house, they were ecstatic to see that each room was cleaner than the last. It was the best-maintained and cleanest house they have ever seen throughout their career. It was more than just an ordinary house – it was a homage to the past. Joyce went through plenty of effort to care for it. They could clearly see why she had hesitated to sell it. Despite the fact that the house was in great condition, there was something else they thought could be a problem. It was something that would make or break the deal. They just hoped it wouldn’t be a big issue.
