As the irate neighbor made his way around the block, he discovered that the car had already pulled away. He was under the impression that she would deliberately drive away in order to avoid any kind of confrontation whatsoever with him. Ben, feeling frustrated, made the decision that he had had enough of dialogues that were fruitless and resolved to take matters into his own hands. Having spent the entire evening snooping around, he made his way back to his home, exhausted and worn out.

As he made his way back inside his home, he became aware of an unusual silence that pervaded the atmosphere. It was a menacing calm that caused his nerves to become tense. He had the impression that someone was observing him. After closing the door, he looked out the window for a moment. Immediately after he activated his alarm, the emergency light on the porch began to illuminate. As of the now, he was secure inside.
