Dante Alighieri
Dante Alighieri is the author of The Divine Comedy. He was one of Italy’s most famous poets during the Middle Ages. When he detailed Hell and Heaven, some of his descriptions became part of the Christian canon. On top of that, he was a philosopher. At the age of 56, he died in 1321.

There are numerous portraits of the poet, all of which appear to share the same characteristics. He was depicted with a harsh expression and a Roman nose. Computer graphics were used to make this image of him. It was based on his cranium’s measurements! As a result of the treatment, he now has a rounder jaw, a softer face, and larger eyes.
