When it came to the condition of his house, Thomas Ravaux spared no expense. Before the tenants moved in, he took care of everything, from the plumbing work to painting the walls. The owner personally cleaned the wooden floors, painted the walls and repaired the sanitary facilities. After all this preparation, the apartment was finally ready for its new tenants. Ravaux was confident that the young family would make the decision to make the apartment their home

The landlord was obviously meticulous with details. It’s safe to say he was a perfectionist, judging by the other apartments he had for sale. Ravaux was unlike many landlords who don’t care enough to renovate their spaces before they move in. He spent a lot of time fixing everything up before he put the apartment up for rent. Like any other landlord, he expected his tenants to appreciate the apartment and keep it in perfect condition, as he had done. He would soon realize how wrong he was.
