Everyone knows that there are a number of rules and restrictions to follow as a tenant, but they are all there for a purpose. Imagine you buy a house and completely renovate it with the aim of renting it out and generating income. Now imagine that someone moves in and treats it badly. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened in this story. But there’s more to it than that… If you think this man took a step back after being treated unfairly, think again. These tenants ran into the wrong landlord who was determined to strike back with indifference

New tenants
Thomas Ravaux had carefully renovated his house and was ready to look for decent tenants. The landlord’s search led him to a young couple with three children. Ravaux knew that the protocol for renting a house was fairly simple. He had to sign a contract and allow the new tenants to move in. He found the tenants to be quite satisfactory. The children were clearly polite and the couple seemed pleasant. So far, he hadn’t been able to find any abnormalities worth mentioning
