It was only when the McCaughey’s decided to forgo keeping all the babies in Bobbi’s tummy that their story began to circulate. The public and the media wanted to hear about the small family, the possibility of fertility treatment and their courageous decision to keep all seven babies. Though not all of the public accepted their decision, the pair believed that everything was going to work out well.

When news of their upcoming seven-child birth first emerged, several people and organizations flocked in to help the family. Kraft decided to donate a mac n’ cheese year’s worth, and others gave diapers and offered nanny services, as well as a 5,000 square foot house as well, believe it or not! The pair couldn’t believe that most of the people around them were so generous.
