The work has worn out Selleck and decided that he needed to step away from the limelight. His work in the series, Magnum, has affected his family life that he could no longer spend some time with his family and daughter. Selleck ultimately decided that his personal life is more important than his career, and we do not know many people who can prioritize their families over the business.

I think we can all agree that Selleck is an ideal man and husband; he proved this during one of his interviews wherein he values the importance of marriage and private life. Selleck explained, “I’ve found it very difficult to expose my private life and live with it.” Selleck carried on to say, “It’s important to nurture your marriage. I think wanting time away from work has been good for that.” Isn’t he just the best man and husband?
