Perhaps the date or the person’s name should have been added in this message. But, hey, they were requested to submit a resignation letter, and they did. Work completed.

It’s a testament to the song that people continue to change the lyrics to fit their own purposes. It appears that “Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy” is the perfect beginning statement for all kinds of scenarios. The lyric is used to criticize someone for obstructing their neighbor’s driveway in this circumstance.
