Notes may be really useful when it comes to pets and keeping them secure. Some houses require everyone in the household to keep the toilet lid closed so that their cat does not drink from the toilet bowl. Others require everyone to clear away their food crumbs so that their hungry Labrador does not sweep up the leftovers. The door must be kept shut in this house to keep Rusty, the AC, and Jay inside. We believe that at least one of those is an animal.

We can certainly say that someone is attempting to avoid jury duty based on the contents of this note. To accomplish this, people must appear ill, be struggling in their personal lives, be an expert on the subject at hand, or simply have a poor attitude. This jury duty evader declares that they intend to build a costume before being able to “deal vigilante justice unto those evildoers.” Excellent work all around.
