April Ross
Also known as “The Boss,” April Ross is best known as one of the greatest beach volleyball players the world has ever seen. The two-time Olympic medalist brought home a silver medal with Jen Kessy in 2012. In 2016, she won a bronze medal with Kerri Walsh Jennings. This talented athlete also happens to be married to another pro volleyball player by the name of Bradley Keenan. Hope Solo is an American soccer player, but she has not always played as the goalie! The Olympic athlete used to be a forward during her high school years. She only started to play as the goalie when she was in college. Many people consider her to be the best female goalie the world has ever seen! She has bagged two Olympic golds in the past. We were very impressed when she only let three goals go through when she was on Team USA during the final game of the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
