We all know one of the biggest heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Incredible Hulk. It seems like he had one of his biggest fans, too. Romario Dos Santos Alves is from Brazil. Because of his ambition to look like his beloved superhero, he took tons of alcohol, Synthol, and a bunch of painkillers just to make his biceps 25 inch bigger.

With the combination of the doses of painkillers, alcohol, and Synthol, it is obvious that he damaged his own body and health big time. He almost got to the point where doctors had to cut both of his arms off, but thank God, they did not. While he was suffering from the consequences, Romario had been on the dark side and almost took his own life, but thank God again, he did not. He underwent surgery which removed the Synthol rocks in his massive arms. After experiencing all those side effects, he decided to become a bodybuilder and promised himself never to take drugs again.
