Did you know that Ashley Tisdale was originally interested in playing London Tipton instead of Maddie Fitzpatrick? The role ultimately went to Brenda Song. At any rate, she got her chance to be a drama queen in Sharpay Evans’s role in the High School Musical movies.

Liza Weil – Gilmore Girls
In Gilmore Girls, we got to watch Liza Weil play Paris Geller. The character is the rival of Rory Gilmore in the beginning, although they later become friends. The actress first wanted to be the main character, but the showrunners found Alexis Bledel to be more suitable for the role. Amy Sherman-Palladino did not want to reject Weil, which is why she came up with Paris Geller’s role. The character was only meant to be in three episodes, but she became a mainstay as the show went on.
