Half-Sheet Cakes

To the growing list of things canceled at COVID-19 this year, add Costco’s iconic half-sheet cakes. In the spring, the warehouse chain put these tasty slabs on hold. Half-sheet cakes were a popular choice for birthday parties because they were cheap to feed up to 50 people.
