The next owner of this Pennywise costume could actually be you. It was made by Polyvore and is worth 60 bucks. The only thing you need to do is have the pigtails, the paint, and the red balloon. After all, it’s not going to be Pennywise without those things! The harsh reality, though, is that you’ll probably look less cute than this lady. We don’t think it should be possible to be both terrifying and adorable!
