Elizabeth Berkley
Most people know Elizabeth Berkley for portraying Jessie Spano on Saved by the Bell, but she actually auditioned to play Kelly Kapowski. However, the producers had a hard time deciding whether to cast her or Tiffani-Amber Thiessen for the role of Kelly, so they created the character Jessie for Berkley. After leaving the show, she continued to act on TV and in film but her work on the ‘90s hit show remains unmatched in terms of bringing her recognition.

Berkley appeared in several films, including lead roles in the controversial film Showgirls (1995) and Armitage III: Poly Matrix (1996), which starred Kiefer Sutherland as well. She played minor roles in The First Wives Club, Any Given Sunday, and The Curse of the Jade Scorpion. Berkley also did some work onstage, and debuted on Broadway in the comedic play Sly Fox. In 2013, she joined Dancing with the Stars, landing in 6th place.
