It turns out that not all celebs choose to lose weight in a healthy way. Jimmy Kimmel spoke to Men’s Journal and said he took drastic measures to lose the first 25 pounds. Ever since then, he fasts for two days a week in order to maintain a weight of around 180 pounds. On Mondays and Thursdays, Jimmy eats under 500 calories by drinking coffee and eating a lot of pickles. The rest of the week, he eats whatever he wants. We definitely do not recommend this, but hey, whatever works for him.
