George Washington
George Washington was the first president of the United States. He was President of the United States from 1789 to 1797. In 1787, he was elected to the Constitutional Convention following the War for Independence. The Founding Father’s likeness can be found everywhere because he is such a prominent historical figure! But how did he look in real life?
What George Washington Really Looked Like
The portraits of George Washington were used to create a computer-generated representation of him. Based on this, paintings of Washington look to be genuine. The representation, which is pretty lifelike, captured his five o’clock shadow and full head of hair. He died on the 14th of December 1799, at the age of 67.
