A few moments later, a heavy knock echoed throughout the house and Kenneth jumped up from his chair, hurried down the stairs and hastily opened the door. It almost sounded as if the men were trying to break down the door. What could be so urgent that they were doing this? That was the first thing he asked, but the employees of the authority already had an answer ready.

The officers explained that they had received several calls from neighbors who were concerned about his dog. More specifically, about the way the animal was behaving towards his young son. Kenneth was completely baffled, as he had no idea what the men meant. As far as he knew, Pablo and the new dog Scooter were sleeping peacefully in the house. So what had the neighbors observed that worried them so much?
