For those who had a challenging time imagining it, what happened was that the woman’s car had been locked in its spot. We could imagine that the vehicle was trapped and would have difficulty in getting out. Although all of this was happening, the woman did not realize what was happening because she tried her best to ignore the foreman and everyone else.

Since the initial plan did not work, the men decided to ask for the police’s assistance and discussed it. And yet, the foreman wanted to clarify what he had in mind and said, “At this point, I wasn’t trying to get her in trouble, I just wanted a record of why we were blocking part of the street, so we don’t get in trouble with the city.”
