The vehicle that appeared was filled with noisy ladies. Tom was surprised and upset after the other car had cut him off, and everybody knew the proper rule when a person waited for a parking space. Those rude girls did not follow the necessary etiquette. Tom disapproved of what they had done. The man rolled his window down and talked to the women in the other vehicle.
