Still Wouldn’t Move
Some people did not pay heed to the “No Parking” signs at that location. That particular spot might be for the delivery truck or other vehicle for the construction, but the outsider still tried to take the area. The site was close to an elementary school, that was why many parents tend to leave their vehicle in that place to fetch their children, but those people would immediately return after they got their child.

The foreman did not have any problem if someone parked their cars in that area. The only thing that the man worried about was the time when delivery would come. The man knew the trouble he would face if a car had parked at that location, then a construction vehicle had come. However, if there were no delivery, he did not mind that the outsider was using the reserved space.
