In an interview with Good Morning America, Fuller also stated that he saw the lights were on inside his house but he didn’t respond and he even heard the sounds from the television. They weren’t receiving response every time they tried calling him several times, it always just went straight to his voicemail so they agreed to call 911 and asked for help.
