We all agree that Maggie Smith can only play Professor McGonagall. It’s hard to imagine someone else in the role, but in 2019, the star revealed to the Evening Standard that the role “wasn’t what you’d call satisfying,” and didn’t exactly stretch her. Although that sounds damning, the veteran actress is still grateful for the opportunity. She’s also charmingly claimed that she got even closer to her five grandkids because of the Harry Potter films. Aww.

Harry Potter regulars Afshan Azad and Shefali Chowdhury played the witchy twins Parvati and Padma Patil, respectively. While Azad is still active in front of the camera, nowadays, she’s likely to strike a pose at modeling shoots. On the other hand, Chowdhury has been in several short films, including –the film adaptation of the Stephen King’s I Am the Doorway and Odilo Fabian, which stars Hugh Bonneville Downton Abbey.
