In Saw, John Kramer — or Jigsaw — communicates with his test subjects through Billy the puppet, a tricycle-riding ventriloquist’s dummy (scary, right?). The owner of this vehicle has opted to utilize Billy to interact with the traffic warden, and he has left a slew of parking fines on his windshield. The objective, presumably, is for the traffic warden to sort through the pile of tickets until they discover the one that enables the automobile to park in that spot. Fun!

Is there anything more vexing than someone parking their automobile in the center of a parking lot’s designated spaces? The painted lines in parking lots clearly, clearly, and blatantly depict where cars are intended to go. They’re made this way so that as many cars as possible can fit securely in a given space. It’s not complicated. This appears to be irrelevant to some drivers. Fortunately, someone left a note in chalk for this self-centered individual.
