Alaska hadn’t quite captured the hearts of their children the way Elly and Peter did. They had decided to move southward and far away to the continent of America. Elly’s girls would both welcome her if she moved to Dallas or Boston. Elly, however, disliked the notion of residing in a big city. Nobody else appeared to understand that she also had Alaskan roots.

Elly met Peter, who had just moved to Alaska with his family, when she started school. At the time, two kids’ sole options for entertainment were playing in their yards or riding bicycles next to one another. Their town wasn’t very big, to put it simply. Elly dreamed of getting hitched to Peter and starting a glittering life with him as they grew. Not exactly what I had anticipated occurred.
