There was no reason to believe that the firearms in the house were used in any illegal activity. If that were the case, things would have been worse for Chumlee. We are glad that he had this going for him!

What happened? Well, Chumlee pleaded guilty to drug possession, unlawful weapons possession, and attempted misdemeanor. He was lucky that he did not get prison time at all. He was only put on probation for a year.
