Star Wars introduced us to the character Lando Calrissian played by actor Billy Dee Williams. In November 2018, Williams listed his former Beverly Hills residence with a $12.995 million asking price. Judging by the fact that he had snagged up the piece of property in 2016 for an estimated $2.79 million, the price tag was quite a huge leap. We could say he’s a pretty good real estate investor. The amount of work he’s put into the 6,000-square-foot house could justify its inflated price. This includes the installation of hardwoods and renovation of the majority of the outdoor space.
