The girls’ beauty often seemed to be interpreted as a sign of luck, and Jaqi began to pay close attention to this. All the time she was approached by strangers who kept saying: “Wow, they’re so beautiful, you should think about getting them into modeling”.
Ready for life as a model
Difficult at first for a mother of three
After so much encouragement, Jaqi began her girls’ modeling career. Even though they were only 6 months old, they signed a contract with an agency in Los Angeles. As it turned out, Jaqi already had a two-year-old son, so this was a lot of pressure for her. “It was hard enough getting out of the door almost every day, so my attempt at that time was short-lived and I decided it wasn’t time yet,” she says. She tried for three months, but ended up having to postpone her twins’ modeling career.
