Because he passed the bar exam in New York. He did not become President of the United States until 1932.

Later in his life, he injured the same knee while horseback riding and boxing. As a result, he shifted his focus to fencing and gymnastics. In her sophomore year of high school, Hilarie was student council treasurer, vice president in her junior year, and captain of the cheerleading squad, student council president, and homecoming queen in her senior year. He spent three years as a breakdancer for the Time Machine Squad after winning a contest to join the group before beginning his international wrestling career. He was also a backup dancer for hip hop artists such as Daddy Yankee and Tego Calderon while doing so. After all of this, he went on to win Olympic wrestling medals.
