Toby Loobenfeld, the CalTech research assistant on The Big Bang Theory is played by DJ Qualls. The actor made several appearances on the show. Whenever Sheldon needed Toby, he would play Sheldon’s fake cousin. However, DJ Qualls is more famous for playing Kyle in the Road Trip movies. He’s previously dated fellow actress, Nikki Reed. She’s best known for her role as Rosalie Hale in the Twilight franchise. The two dated for just over a year.
