Baby Chinchilla
A chinchilla is a small crepuscular rodent that is both sweet and cuddly. Chile is now home to the world’s only wild chinchilla populations. In the past, they have been found in Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile. Chinchillas have the thickest fur of any animal on the planet. Humans hunted these animals for their ultra-soft fur, and they were declared extinct in 2016.
Baby Dik Dik
One of four small antelope populations present in eastern and southern Africa is known as dik-dik. The odd name comes from the sound the females make when they’re in trouble. The echo of their alarm clocks can be heard. In addition to the alarm calls produced by the females, male and female dik-diks make a shrill, whistling sound. They make these noises to warn other animals of predators when they are in danger.
