The Most Simple Smoothie Recipes To Make In Your Dorm Room

Every college student gets to that point where they can’t take it any longer and need to start eating healthy for a change. With these quick and easy smoothie recipes, we are about to change your life. They are so simple that you can make them all the time, and you can change up the ingredients to fit your specific taste palet. Don’t be too quick to say smoothies aren’t your thing, or you don’t have the time until you’ve tried these. Trust me, if we can make these smoothies so can you!

Extra Berry

This very berry concoction is made with 1 cup of frozen berries, 2 bananas, and one orange. How simple is that?! If you want to get fancier feel free to top it off with some fresh blueberries, added banana, orange slices, and chia seeds. Chia seeds can give your smoothie a little extra spunk and are loaded with protein and fiber.

Simply Green

If you’re looking to green up your lifestyle then this smoothie is the one for you. Don’t be too quick to judge it because it is actually quite delicious. All you’ll need is sliced mango, 1-2 bananas, and a handful of spinach. The key with this smoothie is to add the ingredients slowly, in small amounts based on your predilection. Blend it thoroughly until its smooth and finish it off with a dash of squeezed lemon.

Protein Boost

This one is usually best after a good workout when you need some extra protein for the day. Just like the simply green, you should add the ingredients in small amounts and continue as you go. This one may actually take you a few rounds so just be patient with it, we promise you’ll eventually get it. Here you’ll need a handful of spinach, walnuts, almonds, and banana. We say be careful because sometimes the nuts take over the taste and it may not be what you’re looking for. Once you get it down, top it off with sliced strawberry and dash of chia seeds mmm delicious!
