Barry relied on a multilayered design and traditional timber framing construction methods to ensure that space would be comfortable. It might be tiny, but it had everything that they needed! It is impressive to see what he has accomplished with only 57 square feet per person if you ask us. There are a couple of other things that one must consider, however. Does the home come with an HVAC to regulate the temperature when it gets too cold or too hot? We are glad to hear that Barry also took care of that.

How The Insulation Works
He has said that the tiny home relies on electricity and natural gas for heating. Aside from that, he also installed vapor barrier sheets, laminate flooring, and mineral wool insulation to ensure that it will stay warm during any time of the year. Barry also added PVC roofing membranes and OSB sheathing to regulate the inner temperature of the house. The best part is that he does not need to shell out a lot of money for heating! We are impressed to see how they made the most out of such a small space. Good for them!
