Director Tim Burton was asked by Rolling Stone magazine regarding his job on the movie “Edward Scissorhands.” He said Depp was seen as being like Edward and was really nothing like him during the talk. It was actually Dylan Burton who acknowledged that he viewed Depp as the complicated heartthrob archetype. Still, there was more to the kid, which made his position as Edward very personal.
