Marie Hélène Demongeot, 88 years old
French actress Marie-Hélène Demongeot was an emblematic figure of the French film scene in the 60s. She was born in Nice on September 29, 1935, and from an early age was passionate about the arts, including the piano and cinema. She was spotted for her beauty and charisma by director Marc Allégret, who offered her her first big-screen role in 1955 in the film “Futures Vedettes”. But it was two years later that she really burst onto the screen, alongside Yves Montant in the film “Les Sorcières de Salem”. Marie-Hélène Demongeot went on to make a string of films, and some would say that she had become as famous as Brigitte Bardot. Even today, she has lost none of her charm and beauty, as audiences saw for themselves in 2004 when Marie-Hélène Demongeot made a brief comeback in the feature film “36 Quai des Orfèvres”.
Claire Chazal, 65
Claire Chazal has been part of the French broadcasting landscape for several decades now. She is one of France’s greatest journalists and a star presenter of the 8 o’clock news. She has won the hearts of the French and never left. And the journalist has lost none of her charm and beauty over the years. She confides: “The older you get, the more you need to wear light make-up and avoid foundation. I also pay attention to eyebrow shape. It may seem trivial, but the details change everything.”
