Le Vahana

Manufacturer: Airbus Airbus Special feature: self-piloting Estimated production cost: unknown The Vahana urban transport aircraft can move vertically up and down. So commuters could have the option of flying from building to building. It looks really good and could soon become a reality. The plane is powered by eight electric motors and can also fly completely autonomously. Thanks to intelligent sensors, the aircraft can be maneuvered seamlessly in the sky. This new Airbus could have a range of 45 km and a cruising speed of almost 190 km/h.

CityAirbus

Manufacturer: Airbus Airbus Special feature: self-piloting Estimated production cost: unknown In recent years, Airbus has worked very hard to develop a few commercial aircraft and, after a great deal of research and development, has built several small demonstration aircraft. These are intended to take tilting traffic out of the road and into the air. The concept is called CityAirbus, which could fly over the city at speeds of up to 120 km/h. It’s an all-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, equipped with eight electric motors, like the Vahana, but for four passengers instead of one.
