David Schwimmer Now
Schwimmer achieved much fame during his time on Friends, becoming notorious in his role as Ross Geller. It was rumored that by the very end, each other the 6 cast members were earning $1 Million per episode! Schwimmer has been fairly quiet since Friends, but has made some TV and film appearances. Most notably, he is the voice actor of giraffe Melman, in the Madagascar franchise. He also starred in the popular television miniseries, The People v. O.J Simpson: American Crime Story.

Having gained notoriety for many roles, he actually made his first appearance on the big screen in a minor role as a rent boy in 1997 film, Wilde. His major breakout role came as Legolas in The Lord of The Rings trilogy. He first appearance on television however was in 1994, in TV show, Casualty. He would go on to appear in three episodes during a 3 year period. He also appeared in Midsomer Murders.
